The publication is the fourth work in a series of collaborative projects titled Abbau (Unbuilding) by Tcharfas and Ivison. It takes the form of a folio containing assemblage of material from recent collaborations. The material is sourced from historic research, project documentation and anonymous found images, which together tell a story of a de-constructed, disassembled built environment. The physical design of the publication allows for many new juxtapositions – highlighting the sculptural qualities of the printed page.
